Photo Release Statement

By using Thomas Fabrication for your fencing, fabrication, or welding needs the client hereby grants Thomas Fabrication LLC, its agents, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to use, reproduce, and publish any and all photographs or digital images taken by staff specifically related to project work.

This release applies to all photographs and digital images taken at any project site, including but not limited to, progress photos, finished project photos, and any other images related to Thomas Fabrication LLC's work.

The client understands and agrees that these photographs and digital images may be used for any and all purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, portfolio presentation, website display, social media, and other promotional materials, without further notice or compensation.

The staff will make thier best effort to avoid capturing images that include the client's person, physical address, or contact information. However, the client understands that incidental inclusion may occur, and I hereby release Thomas Fabrication LLC from any liability related to such incidental inclusion.

This release is perpetual and applies to all photographs and digital images taken on-site for Thomas Fabrication LLC jobs and projects.
